Planning Health-Promoting Meals - How Foods Fight Cancer


The best and easiest way to try a new way of eating is to take
what you might call a “three-week break.”

You now have the basic knowledge and cooking skills you need to
begin to make some major changes in your eating habits. There is
much more to learn, of course, but now’s the time to put what you
know to work. In this chapter, you’ll have a chance to experience what it
is like to be on as perfect a diet as possible. We will use a unique method
to learn new tastes and break away from bad habits. Along the way, we
will also look at what to do when you do not have complete control over
the menu, for example at restaurants or fast-food outlets.
