1⁄2 cup calcium-fortified orange juice concentrate
1⁄2 frozen banana, cut or broken into chunks (optional)
5 ice cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
and frothy.

2. Orange Julius is best served immediately. Leftovers may be stored in
the refrigerator for up to 1 day or frozen for up to 1 week. Blend
the mixture again before serving.
