This dressing has a Mexican flavor. It can be as spicy as the salsa you use to make it.

1⁄4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1⁄4 cup salsa
1 garlic clove, pressed


1. Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl.

2. Stored in a covered container in the refrigerator, Piquant Dressing
will keep for up to 1 week.
