MAKES 1⁄4 CUP (4 SERVINGS)

The mellow flavor of balsamic vinegar is delicious on any green salad.

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon stone-ground mustard
1 garlic clove, pressed


1. Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl.

2. Stored in a covered container in the refrigerator, Balsamic Vinaigrette
will keep for up to 2 weeks.
